The hex looks like a Shanghai Airlines B737-8Q8
This might be B-5369 s/n 35281.
Very unusual to see only altitude reporting on these aircraft

Hi Jim,
"BOE534" was airborne on Aug 11th at 0910PDT from Renton on it's first flight to Yakima and Boeing Field.This is B-5369 B737-8Q8 of Shanghai Airlines cn 35281 and line number 2709.
Note my original post had s/n as35261 which should be 35281
